Farm Math Is Just Division

Render time scales inversely with node count in the simple case — 10 hours on 1 node becomes roughly 1 hour on 10 nodes. Real farms rarely hit that exactly because of per-frame overhead, but it's the right first estimate before committing budget.

Storage Grows Faster Than You Expect

A 10-second 4K sequence at 24fps is 240 frames — at even a modest per-frame size, that adds up to gigabytes fast. Storage planning is often the forgotten cost of a render job until the drive fills up mid-farm.
